We want to be clear and fair about refunds before you enrol in a course, workshop, or training with us.
Online self-paced courses
Because access to digital course materials is provided immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not available once enrolment has been completed and access has been granted. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
If you experience difficulties accessing the course due to a technical issue, please contact us so we can try to resolve the problem.
Live online courses, workshops, or training
If you cancel your place more than 14 days before the course or workshop start date, you may request:
- a full refund, or
- transfer of your registration to another available date, where applicable.
If you cancel within 14 days of the start date, refunds are generally not available. At our discretion, we may offer a transfer to a future course or a credit where circumstances allow.
In-person workshops or training
If you cancel more than 14 days before the event, you may request a full refund or transfer.
If you cancel within 14 days of the event, refunds are generally not available, as venues, administration, and preparation costs have usually already been committed.
If we cancel or reschedule
If we need to cancel or reschedule a course, workshop, or training, you will be offered:
- a full refund, or
- transfer to a rescheduled date or alternative offering.
We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other third-party costs incurred by participants unless required by law.
Substitutions
If you are unable to attend a live training or workshop, you may request to transfer your place to another person, subject to approval and provided enough notice is given.
Exceptional circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Refund requests outside these terms may be considered at our discretion.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where required, we will provide refunds or remedies in accordance with applicable law.
